Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on every order, storewide, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Every order is tracked door to door.

Will everything in my order arrive together?

Not always — and that's completely normal. We work with specialist suppliers for each category (resistance training, bodyweight training and muscle recovery), so if you order more than one item they may be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels, on different days. Each parcel travels with its own tracking number, so nothing is lost — the rest of your order is simply on its way. If one item arrives well ahead of another, there's no need to worry.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you'll receive a tracking number for each one.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If something isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange a return or refund.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — our equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

My item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect

We're sorry if that happens. Please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
